puiser dans les ressources municipales, comme les redevances d\u2019am\u00e9nagement, ni alourdir les obligations financi\u00e8res des municipalit\u00e9s au fil du temps. Le FOC souhaite \u00e9galement savoir si le potentiel de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de revenus de ces installations offre la possibilit\u00e9 de structurer des investissements qui procurent un rendement
