Mr. Latimer, a corporate director, previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer of OMERS from 2014 to 2020. Prior to this role, Mr. Latimer was the Chief Investment Officer of OMERS where he oversaw the strategic, operational and financial leadership of global investment activities.

Prior to joining OMERS, Mr. Latimer was the Director, President, and Chief Executive Officer of Oxford Properties Group, a wholly owned real estate entity of OMERS. Mr. Latimer is a former Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Primaris Real Estate Investment Trust. He is currently a director of Choice Real Estate Investment Trust and a member of the Advisory Board of Fitzrovia Real Estate.

He is a past Director of Trillium Health Partners and AGF Management Advisory Committee.
